Book appointments online

Your online booking is made with a strong authentication, for which you need a bank or Mobile ID.

If you book an appointment for someone else than yourself, you need a Power of Attorney to Act Onbehalf of Another Person.You should not make an online booking with your own bank or MObile ID for another person.

Our online system does not list all the appointments for all our specialists. You can ask for available times from Customer service +358 9 4748 2705. The online booking for the current day closes at 12 noon, so you can ask for acute and cancellation times by phone.

If you have valid medicine list and examination results (eg. x-ray or MRI-pictures), please take them with you to the appointment. Our Customer service gives you advice how to send them beforehand if needed +358 9 4748 2705.

Cancel your booking at latest by 12 noon on the previous day. We can charge full price and service fee for late cancellations and non-cancelled bookings. You can cancel your booking via online booking in ”My account”. You can only cancel an appointment via online booking. Examinations and treatments must be canceled by phone.

Services provided in HUS hospitals are not Kela compensated.
